Senior Pastor
Ogaga O. David Ph D is the Founding Pastor of Divine Encounter Ministries International (www.demintl.org). A word based kingdom community avowed to the preaching and teaching of Gods present truth and the manifest reality of Gods advancing kingdom on the earth.
In 2005 in Uyo, Akwa-Ibom Nigeria , Dr Robert Munien of Grace Outreach Ministries, Durban RSA prophesied his release into the Apostolic ministry and his “kairos” season of reaching out to the Nations after 13 years of serving as the Senior Pastor of the Warri, Assembly.
In response to this he set Governing Elders over the Local Assembly and founded God’s Kingdom Advancement Initiative {GKAI} to fulfill the mandate into the Nations.
Dr Ogaga O. David materials and books are on several websites globally and are been used by many church leaders globally.
He is part of the Apostolic Team of Dr Robert Munien. His present focus is in equipping, training and strengthening church leaders with the message of the kingdom.
He resides with his family in Nigeria where he serves as the Senior Elder of the local assembly and maintains Apostolic Oversight over GKAI operations travelling to the nations as an Apostolic-Teacher, he has since taught the gospel in over 11 nations in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Resident Pastor:
Pastor Maxwell assists the Senior Pastor in the running of the Church and represents her as she directs. He also serves as an administrator over the church operations and supervises all assistant pastors.
He is married to his lovely wife Mary, who works an Educationist and serves as Head of Department Prophetic Arts and also a member of Spirit and Truth (Choir) and are blessed with their son Ray Charis Ogaga.
Pastor Maxwell trained as Social Studies Educationist, with a B.sc (Ed) from the Delta State University, Abraka where he graduated in 2004. He also has various online training certificates from Youth Action for Change, Italy and also a Graduate of Daystar Leadership Academy, Lagos. He also serves as the Youth Pastor of the ministry and is popular called “Bishop” within the circles of the ministry.
He has travelled globally impacting young people and taking the mandate of the house to various nations including Jordan, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, and Cameroon. He has been nominated as Nigerian delegate to World Bank Global Youth Summit in Brussels, Belgium and Nairobi, Kenya. He has won several recognition for his commitment to youth ministry and 9in 2011 was named as URI African regional Youth Ambassador.
He was affirmed as a Pastor in the church in 2000 and since then has been used of God to bless the body. He is a detailed teacher and highly sought-after speaker and trainer with a love for the word of God and he loves to teach the balanced and undiluted word of God. He believes that believers should model their lives according to God’s word and live out their full potential knowing that the Kingdom is within them Luke 17:20-21. He is turned on by creativity and he has a love for public speaking, reading and writing and has a radio programme “OnPoint” with Ogaga Maxwell on Crown FM 89.9 Every Monday Evening 8:15 – 8:30pm
